The people behind it
Meet the team
Tariq Rahman
Tariq coordinates all on-the-ground event logistics. From venue setup to volunteer scheduling, he makes sure every Family Gathering event runs smoothly.
Sara Mitchell
Sara connects our community partners, sponsors, and families. She's the friendly voice behind our social media and the first point of contact for new volunteers.
Amina Hassan
Amina founded Family Gathering in 2019 with a simple belief: every family deserves a place to belong. With a background in community development, she leads our programs and partnerships.
